The slender-horned gazelle is the lightest color gazelle species.

It has a cream or yellow-white colored body. Â
HEAD TO BODY LENGTH: 100 to 110 cm ( 3.3- 3.6 feet )
HORN LENGTH: 20 – 38 cm ( 8 – 15.2 in )
Tail Length : 15 – 20 cm ( 6 -8 inch )
SHOULDER HEIGHT: 65-72 cm ( 2.1 -2.4 feet )
 WEIGHT:   20 -30 kg ( 44 – 66 lbs )
RANGE:Â Central Sahara Desert
 HABITAT: Sandy and stony desert lands
FOOD: Â Grasses, and leaves
STATUS: The population is decreasing. There is only fewer than 2500 remaining
 REASON FOR STATUS: Hunting , poaching through degradation of natural habitat.
 GESTATION PERIOD: 156 -169 days
 LIFESPAN: up to 14 yrs in both captivity and in the wild.
