This species has light brown body and tail, with darker bands on the body and tail. This has a more sleder snout han a salt water cocodile

Range : Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory

Diet : Mice, rats, and fish
Status : In recent years the population have dramatically dropped
Reason for the status : Increased presence of poisonous toad, hunting and habitat destruction
Incubation Period – 65 – 95 days
Lifespan – 20 years in captivity
