Physical Description
Chinese goral is a small goat relative. They have backward curving, cylindrical and sharp horns.
They also have brownish grey to bright red coat. Males are slightly larger than females.

RANGE : Northeastern china, Korea, Eastern Russia and mountain ranges of Eastern and Northern Asia
HABITAT : Rocky terrain and deciduous forests
DIET : grasses and leaves
Status : 30 percent of goral population has decreased in the wild. Goral population has declined.
Reason for status : Habitat destruction and poaching
Gestation : 180 days ( 6 months )
Lifespan : 15 years in wild / 17 years
